This short, informative book is encouraging and comforting especially for those who have a problem with worry and have not been able to find comfort. The content, though most of us have heard it before, is worth having repeated and reinforced to keep us focused on God and His promises rather than on our own circumstances. Dr. Neely reminds us that God’s promises are true and shows us how to claim them and believe them.
Very helpful section on the pattern of prayer as well as comforting Scriptures are included in the book. This will make a great gift for anyone who struggles with constant worry. If you are a worrier, it’s a must-read. You may also find it helpful to read in order to help others who trying to overcome worry.
